Introduction
I heard it somewhere that “Nobody is born to commit rape. However the potential for rape is in every person”. I found it absurd and amusing like when I know how everyone has consciousness that acts and a mind that is still and absorbs our actions. Is terrorism is the same thing? Seeing it ,Looking deep inside terrorism I found some beliefs to share. And I now doubt maybe we have established our faith and beliefs the same as a terrorist?
Terrorism
Wasn’t Mandela claimed with this title and didn’t he win a Nobel peace prize?
So my belief towards terrorism is simple, i.e extremism (behaviour of stubbornly believing something deeply ). Stubbornness is quite a art. Being stubborn for trying after failing have made many men immortal but what about violence?
Terriosm is nothing more than a baseless and illogical stubbornness with a belief.
Isn’t this a trait of every terrorist? Stubbornness can be a good quality. Being stubborn with flexible vision and ideas is courage but stubbornness with baseless belief with violence is the stupidity named as terrorism.
Terrorism is providing a point of harm with violence. Extremism towards bad beliefs is the seed for terrorism or even better extremist beliefs towards anything “good” or “bad” with violence is terrorism. Believing kills the search. A Conscious man never fully believes until he feels it. A person who has a room of doubt and a space to change his belief can never be a terrorist. Even the textbooks can be wrong. Same standard books can include courses during monarchy that praise the king and can defame monarchy during democracy. Nothing is fixed or absolute. Not even change is fixed. Life is a perfect harmony of infinite instruments , a person maybe listening to only one but is surely hearing everything. And you still are an extremist if you are believing this article without any second thoughts.
Conscious Man
A person with space to change and an attitude to reshape his beliefs when he can feel that another claim is right makes him a wise man. Dalia lama claimed if science proved his religious beliefs wrong and if that is the truth his religious beliefs should change. That shows a space to change. Writer Lekhnath Paudyal’s poem said that a loving, helpful and complete man is like a branch with lots of fruits that will surely bow than the unripe one.
So?
Questioning a fall of an apple or the sun that seemed to revolve around the earth changed humanity. As Devkota shares the aim to reach the moon and earned the title of “cynic”. I question us all, Have you ever seen a terrorist in the mirror? And my answer is
