Introduction
I bought “It Ends With Us” about a year ago with a bundle of other books (they were on sale) as I was on a 3 month break and yeah it took me over a year to read (because of breaks I take). I read self-help books among the bundle first and that is because I had a prejudice towards “It ends with us". I thought it would only contain a typical, nonsensical love story. And Now I can say I was wrong.
I didn’t find it perfect. But I had to say that the plot is justified by the actions and dialogues and one naked truth. It even gave me the giggles with a lot of laughs and a roller coaster of feelings. The book is really engaging. And now after reading it I believe when Colleen Hoover said that she wrote this book out of her entertainment writing personality. And that she even struggles herself to change the plot multiple times.

Review
Well at first I am not a critic.
This is a hooking book and even the first few pages are fun to read. “It ends with us” is also easy to read and understand with its simple and contextual use of words. And I believe this novel uses cheesy and too good to happen scenes for hooking. But the main thing I noticed that was great is the narration of the story. The narration of the story from Lily's perspective was wonderful. Narratives were also syncing with the dialogues and explanations she did during close ups were actually and effectively seductive.(haha)
Along with the plot and dialogues I also open up with the soft cores I had and I did find myself in the story’s world. I felt lily’s dilemma’s and had both sympathy and empathy towards her. The story had no villains but the only people with problems. The connection of plot with a social issue and Hoover's plotting of Lily after her mom made it personal for her too. I love reading it and I know it leaves me with an imprint of ideal manhood or “finding the person you love” because I really connect with the ambition of Ryle’s character.
