I have been coding for around 3 years now and I have loved it. Web scripting programming are really fun experience. I initially got exposed to HTML in grade 9 and out of all other things out there. Coding is one of the most engaging and wonderful thing I had know.
Website have a huge potential in the era and it's the thing that have made internet into such a huge thing it is now. And the skill I have got for web development allows me to create a voice on the internet due to which it can hold a chance to reach to people who value it. So I made my first website for Synergy (youth community centered in Nepal) by working as a backend developer for free. And I would like to state why?
What is Synergy?

Synergy is a registered youth organization founded by Shubhangi Jha co-Founded by Stuti Gupta. It was founded in 2021 and have been growing ever since.
Synergy have conducted various workshops and projects it allows young minds to serve in the community.
How I discovered it?
My experiences to MUNs (Model United Nations) developed a sense of diplomacy and advocacy. I have been searching for various clubs and organizations where I could add value to childrens and people in need. I went through instagram and contacted many pages where I got responses from people and in that search I found synergy. I looked through it and I found they didn't have a site. So I leave a message, they didn't reply soon as their account was freezed for some time.
Anyhow I contacted them and planned for a workshop with my friends. Later It was me and Shubhangi didi we started in an old-age home and then hooray!! we could it where we were join by my college friend.

I feel synergy is a emerging youth community which has a lot more to do and learn but the step they have taken for community help is wonderful. Doing good is hard and synergy knows it. Synergy requires funds and volunteers ( a lot!! ) who are passionate and emotionally intelligent. I believe synergy isn't perfect but synergy has potential and it is possible through a cumulative support from us all.

Working as a backend programmer was fun with synergy although I didn't do anything on the designs I found it well.
Creating a site for a community with which I have worked with and with which I know they didn't intend anything bad is a relieve that my hard work was worth it. I will work towards the community and I loved it & I will do it more when I am much more effective and helpful then I am now.
