Background

As I always say, moviemaking is a thing I am really fascinated about. I have watched movies and series as long as I remember and their representation and unique approach to storytelling always makes me feel wonderful. So on my journey to Janakpur (my journey to Janakpur). I decided to make films with my friends. I think of various stories but I finally finalise the story of two friends and their fight and we worked on that. And finally here it is.

Introduction

शब्द/word is a short movie which contains a plot followed by two friends and their fight that leads to the diversion of path in their lives. The tagline of our movie is “To the lives unlived”. I want this story to be a meaningful remainder to not forget one's dreams in life despite the hardness of the path.

This movie is the first movie I had officially made with my friends Shrawan and Tanuj on our journey to Janakpur. The whole movie is shot at tanuj's house. I am deeply happy to be able to pull this off. Although there are still many things that could be done to make this better or to improve this, still I take this as a milestone for the learning of filmmaking.

I don't want to share any hatred with any community, gender or to anyone. This is just a story followed by incidents and dialogues.

I would like to thank my mom for her constant support and suggestions along with bibek dai for his beautiful voice over which really pushed our movie to a standard.

Conclusion:

The movie is based on two friends who had just finished their 12 class final exams. I develop this story on the surrounding of my own life as I am going to start my 12th class tomorrow. I believe the whole point of this movie is to inspire people to follow their dreams including myself.
